App is not LOADING 😭
OK so here’s the thing I love love love the idea of it but when the app doesn’t even work it makes you wonder why there’s only two reviews and one says it’s perfect and the other one says the same thing I am so it makes me wonder if the first review is actually real *just my opinion*
App doesn’t work
The app downloads and the starts to configure but then give an error message telling me to check of spelling errors and that the consultant mode can not be activated. Anyone know how to address this? The only way to contact the programmers is though the app which will not load pass the error. 😒
App won’t open
Just says “configuring....” then says “beauty advisor mode cannot be activated, check the spelling in the brand ID or contact your regional sales team for feedback.” Was looking forward to using the skincare suggest setting...
Unable to get it to ‘configure’

This app sounds great but when I try to open it, it doesn’t get passed configuring and then pops up with an error. I deleted and downloaded it again but it didn’t help. Any ideas?
Amazing tool
This tool has everything from skincare assessment, makeup looks and recommendations to fun hairstyles and color options!! I love it!!!!
