Simple and relatively Quick
I spoke with Dr. Dyer today about my cold that has turned into a sinus infection. Dr. Dyer provided excellent service and support. From the moment I downloaded the app to being seen took 40 minutes which seems long at first glance. But if you compare that to calling your doctor, setting up an appointment, driving over to the office, filling out the same paperwork and waiting, I think it was relatively quick and saved me time. Would recommend!

Great service
Dr Oluwatobi was great! Session was quick, to the point, and seemed accurate. He was very pleasant. Video service was so convenient! I was able to do the visit while getting ready for work- super nice!
very frustrating
My son has swelling in his legs that is making it difficult for him to walk, so we tried this. It took 1/2 an hour to set up, then he waited an hour and a half to see the physician (despite the “your appointment will begin shortly” message). I had to miss a webinar because he had my phone. Then, to top it all off Dr. Gaines cancelled our appointment, I guess because the connection was bad; it said the physician would call directly if the video connection failed, but he didn’t. Giving two stars because it’s a good concept to increase accessibility to health care, but so poorly executed it only served to reinforce my negative view of doctors and medical care.

First time
This was our 1st time using this feature. It’s not ideal but it was very convenient for us. Our whole family has Covid and we didn’t want to leave the house. Laura was great!

Needed an urgent care so tried this couldn’t of worked out any better
No meds given
Tried the app. Met with a doc only to be told I’d have to go in to see a doc in person. I told this doc it’s a simple ear infection and he refused to provide any meds. Went into the clinic same day and got meds for my swimmers ear. I’ll be revoking my payment as no real service was rendered.
Quick assessment
I enjoyed relating information and asking directed questions to know if treatment was necessary.

Visit went well! Andria did very well informing us of treatment of wound area. She was excellent during visit answering questions!
