Didn’t receive anniversary Kim Hana from anniversary ticket
I don’t usually write reviews but I genuinely didn’t receive my anniversary unit for the coupon I had, I did research and made sure I got the anniversary unit that I wanted but after selecting and using my ticket I never received the unit. Is there anyway from the dev team you can see what happened? I hope you can see the selection history because she is not in my collection. I really hope this can be fixed because I really do enjoy the game but I feel like I was definitely wronged. I only have one anniversary ticket and I never got my unit and it really killed my motivation for the game. I just hope I can get her back or be able to make the same selection again after working so hard to get it. Thank youShow lessuser234578901

Easily one of my favourite Mobile games. The story is wonderful being able to see how the side missions sit on the timeline with the main story makes it all easy to follow. I have a pretty strong team despite spending nearly nothing. Neither pay to play nor pay to win.
Please please please though, buff Mina she is arguably the main character but her stats and skills make her a bit lacking. Her awakened version kind of fixes this but even still compared to many others she falls behind.Show lessPoSheamuss

Update as of 2024: I just came back to this game because I heard rumors long ago that the company wasn’t doing well and they were probably shutting down the game so I stopped playing. Really unfortunate but I’m back now and have noticed a lot of new content. Wish I never left! I wish this game and game company the best and I hope they prosper. One of my favorite gachas for sure!
I love this game so much. I’ve played it for 2+ years now and would say this is a top 3 gacha game. I’ve played so many games and this one really stuck with me. I love the story, characters, combat, all the different/diverse missions. Obtaining gear is the name of the game and is crucial to being successful. Obtaining gear isn’t easy but it’s not hard either. There is a good amount to be obtained but to roll the exact stats you want can be a little hard and like every other gacha you need to pray to the RNG gods. But all in all this game has a great community, seems like the devs have a passion for the game and listen to the community. They have a roadmap for future content which is nice to see what’s upcoming every month…Show lessSleppyySeb

Love this game, but feels like nothings happening. More attacks on an already easy Guild Boss. Why make the game easier when everyone is progressing? Its not like any extra rewards were added. Content should be getting harder, not easier. New PVE not much of a challenge. Revenue looks down and worried the game is gonna die. The added new PVP is nice, and glad they switch things up in there, but its just one click. Not much is being added and the challenge is not where it needs to be. I think they’re killing something that has more potential and there should be a lot more guild participation events, games and new, original content. Theres so many things they can do with what they have, but just keep pushing the same stuff. Echocalypse is a good example of a game thats currently engaging. Theres so many things for guilds to do together to advance and it keeps you engaged. Counterside maybe needs more types of game play that rotate throughout the month.
