Dissapointing
Prizefighters is a shameless rip off of the punch out series that cannot even come close to replicating the masterpiece that its predecessor was.
First off, the controls are wonky and you can literally spam punches to win (yes, actually). Secondly, there’s no variety in your opponents. There’s no special moves or anything. Completely stale. Thirdly, the boxing aspect is boring and provides no interesting gameplay aspects.
The reviews are lies, find another game. It will save you time off your life. However, I will give it credit for at least trying to replicate a masterpiece.
