Starting out
I have only tried one session but in those 4 short minutes my doubts started to subside about this app. I am truly looking forward to keeping up with the sessions and seeing myself in a new light! Complete relaxation is an extremely new thing for me and I have to say, I love the feeling!!!Brown0930

This is so far my favorite app on my phone. I never believed in guided meditation, but it’s hard to not believe in it when it works (for me anyways). I no longer have trouble falling asleep since listening to “Deep Sleep”.

This app is great! It helps me sleep, it boosts my confidence and it reminds me that I am me and others are they. When I listen to the confidence building sessions I can't help myself but smile through the whole thing.🐢Kiwi🐢

I began using this for guided meditation and positive self-talk. This app is working beautifully. The mantras sent via Notifications are a plus that I look forward to, although one can choose the number that are sent or opt out entirely. So happy with this app. Thank you, Clementine!🍊🍊RoseOlson

I love this app! They have several categories of what meditations they offer and then they have several meditations to offer in different timed increments. I start my day with a confidence meditation and end it with a sleep meditation. I have definitely noticed a change in my overall affect. I doubt the incredible ladies that made this app will read this review, but I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to see an app that helps.. that isn’t full of adverts of 30 second cut offs unless you pay £180!! It’s incredibly simple to use but so effective. I love that you can turn off the music and concentrate on the voice. The mantras seem to come when I need them most. I can recommend this app enough.
