Hi Nicktheserb, sorry to hear this. To use data roam with $30 Tourist SIM, activate data roaming by dialing #100*8*1# on your phone and ensure you are connected to preferred network. Should issue persists, you may try to restart your phone and manually search and select the preferred network and insert SIM card into another phone to ascertain if issue is phone- or SIM card-specific. For Prepaid SIM $14, $15, $25, Tourist SIM $12 and $30 bought from 7-Eleven and Cheers, please proceed to perform Self Registration through our website : https://prepaidselfreg.m1.com.sg/ For countries not listed on Prepaid Registration site, customers will need to walk in to our M1 Shop (Bugis, IMM and Peranakan Place) during the following operating hours to register: Mon - Fri: 2pm - 9pm / Sat & Sun: 12pm - 9pm for registration assistance.
