Customer support refuses to update game account email credential
I love Girls' Frontline, but my rating remains at 1/5 stars because of what I described above. I needed to update the email I used to log in to my Sunborn account, so I asked CS for help with that because there was ZERO way in-game to do it myself. I tried asking for help three times: once in-game through a feedback portal; twice by email. All three times, I was denied and lied to that they couldn't help me. It was until the third email when I pressed them enough that they accidentally slipped and said they were able to do it, but I had to give a reason, which they NEVER mentioned before.
I gave them feedback and opinions on what I went through. Depending on what they retort, this review may change. Until then, it stands.
Don't play this game in the long run if you plan to and if you value your account and game data. Should you need to update credentials on your account for security reasons, Girls Frontline CS will refuse to help you, or they will lie and say they can't help you. I'm baffled at what just happened and for how unnecessary it was. It was stupid. Value your time and money.
