Unreliable
It’s always a toss up as to whether the app will send an OTP or not. I wish it was more reliable.
Works great
I used the app to reset password and unlocked my account. It is easy and simple to use.
No OTP number sent!
I’m locked out of my account and can’t log in. I thought no problem, I’ll use the password reset app I loaded on my phone. Well it doesn’t work— no OTP sent to my registered mobile number. Very frustrating, but completely expected since IT for remote laptop users at EXL is a never-ending nightmare!

Doesn’t Work
It just says “An error has occurred” when I put in my employee ID.
06/07/2019 - Still doesn’t work. It gets to enter your mobile number and says my mobile number is invalid, but won’t tell me what’s wrong with it. It is my real mobile number.
