Needs small tweaks
Works very well. Suggest having auto advance to next hole. Also allow
Enter a score for hole without checking each club. Not fun to tap 8 different times to record driver, 5 wood, 7 iron and three separate puts from three distances. Really a chore. Ok to offer that level of detail but many hackers will find it unnecessaryShow lessJho1298

Hello Jho1298, Thank you for your feedback. What you suggest is indeed in our feature list. I have added a vote for you 💪🏼. I understand that you would prefer to just enter the final score. That said, if you do so, you won't be able to get all the advanced stats and predictive performance out of the app in order to get a bespoke game plan... so we had to find the right balance between asking you a little extra info in order to give you back much more than the other apps could do for you. I think the app is excellent but for those of us not on the PGA tour, the scoring on the Apple Watch is a bit complicated, cumbersome and time consuming. I would suggest a simpler version of scoring as an option. Score and putts. Thanks for your hard work on an excellent app.Markdg10

I understand that you would prefer to only enter the final score. if you limit the data to that point, you won't be able to get all the advanced stats and predictive performance out of the app in order to get a bespoke game plan... which is designed for demanding amateurs and not PGA members 😉 So we had to find the right balance between asking you a little extra info in order to give you back much more than the other apps could do for you. Hello Forteounce, Thanks for your message. If you want to get more details about your round, and the club used, here is a tip: 1. Open the app 2. Go to the round you want to "review". (you will see the short summary you know) 3. At the bottom of this summary, you should see an "Arrow" which is normally there to share your round with a relative or on social networks for example. 4. Click on this arrow. It offers you to share a URL. 5. Instead of sharing this URL, copy it and paste it directly into a browser (Safari from your phone for example) Alternative: you share to your email address and you will receive a link directly clickable. The link takes you to a web page with more information about your round. The displayed scorecard is clickable, showing the clubs. I have used quite a few Golf GPS apps and this one is by the far the best. Super user friendly and very accurate. Gives center of green distance and “plays like” distance along with giving club suggestions. Best part is that it didn’t drain my battery like the others do. Finished 18 and didn’t even use 20%. This app is great and tracks way better than any other app out there. The only thing I wish it had was a place to see your stats across all your golf matches. That way you can see what you need to work on.

All I want to do is track my total score on my watch for each hole. Any chance of making a simple scoring mode?
Also only blue and ladies tees?

Tried this to see how it would go on my Apple watch. The interface looks like an old casio calculator watch - very tiny buttons and no shot distances offered on either device. Also too dependent on the phone location to be accurate when you want that function on the watch itself. Not quite there yet, canceled subscription after a week.Show lessCam Buchanan

I understand that your first impression of the Easy Shot Tracker made you think of a Casio calculator on your wrist 😅... I fully agree with the many positive things said in the other reviews. So here‘s the 1 thing that really hurts usability for me: Naturally as we‘re hitting age 50 and above, our ability to read on short distances decays. We can still and easily play golf and don‘t wear reading glasses; far-sight remains good - but reading on (the Apple)watch is getting increasingly more difficult. Hello Birdie makes use of extremely small fonts that makes it almost impossible to use the app on the round if you‘re 50+ and don‘t wear reading glasses. Making adjustments in the Accessibility section of the watch only leads to ‚bold‘-fonts but that doesn‘t help. Both the Hello Birdie Watch-App and iOS-App could greatly benefit of a redesign (or at least an option) that makes fonts as large as possible on the limited screen sizes.Show lessJupp66
