You need to upgrade your watch to the latest software for it to connect.
It works well the only thing is my Bushnell watch tells you 2 hazards but hello birdie doesn’tFiggett

You are right, the latest version of the 2 pieces of software is required to make them working together (the app on the iPhone and the app on the watch) At Hello Birdie, we want you to focus on your game and where to play. So we don't want to fill you in with numerous information (such as the hazards) that you shouldn't have in mind at the moment of playing. Instead we tell you which club to pick and play with confidence :) To summarize: we display everything (for free) on the iPhone. But as of now, on the Watch, we display only the useful information. That might evolve later on. Also, in case there is a mapping issue on your golf course - thing that might happen - would you please send me a direct email at support_en@hello-birdie.com with the name of your golf course so we can investigate and make the correction. Lots of the reviews mark down because of poor Apple Watch connectivity but I don’t use it so can’t comment. The app is easy to use, holds key data and the game plan is a great tool to help you round the golf course avoiding blow ups and putting you on the right track for a good score. Apple Watch function
Trying to set up Apple Watch, and it will not configure. On the watch it tells me to configure on the phone, I open the phone and click Apple Watch which says configure, and it will not work. Shame, as I would have bought subscription as I like the appJack whhdjffbskalb

This app works well, I’ve had no problems that have not been resolved quickly. In fact the only problems I’ve had were changes to golf courses not included on the app. These were rectified immediately I notified Hello Birdie. The caddy suggestions were useful making me think more of my course management.

Good app
Good app have used for around 5/6 months now. Could be a bit cheaper as it’s quite basic in my opinion but does the job on the course apart from an odd wobble every now and then but I’m guessing that’s signal being in the middle of a field. Also needs to be able to log score via the watchReecewba001

Hi there, I really like the concept of app. However, it eats through battery power very quickly. It felt labour intensive to track each shot and even once that was done I couldn’t even see my score for that hole. It’s awkward to walk up on the green with my phone in hand to track my putts and it wasn’t working well on the Apple Watch either.
If you find a way to reduce battery consumption and make it easier for me to enter my chips and putts I might consider trying your app again. I found it took my attention away from my game.

Hello Robert, Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. Our goal is to provide you with information without taking you away from your golf routine. Below are some quick answers to your points. Please don't hesitate to write directly on support@hello-birdie.com for more precisions. Battery consumption: the smart caddie for a 4 to 5 hours round should take between 10% to 30% (recent to old iPhone). You could also reduce this thanks to "plane mode". Tracking: you don't need to walk on the green with the phone. Actually, as you do have an Apple Watch, the phone can stay in your bag the entire hole (or round). Also, you can wait until the end of the hole before providing your shots to the app. (The App keeps in memory your GPS trace and will match the shots afterwards) Scorecard: you can access the scorecard at any moment by clicking on a specific icon during the game (it looks like a pen on the bottom right of the screen). I unfortunatly can't show you through this message system but please write to us directly as mentioned before and I will be happy to show you more specifically. Very easy to use and helps unlock a different strategy for your golf game. The team is always adding new features which I love!N084332
Apple Watch Failure
Launch a new round on the phone and you might expect it to automatically launch on the watch - but no. Try to launch it manually on the watch and it just crashes after a few seconds.
