  • Server issues

    I have the watch for several years but only used a handful of times. Now when I try to go into the app it says server unknown issues, so I tried a different device, same thing. Then I deleted the app and reinstalled it, same thing, changed email, same thing. Why sell something your not going to keep the server good?

  • The watch is useless now.

    I purchased this new watch and now I’ve waited 2 weeks and can’t even use it. All due to the “server of the website not working” or the app not even allowing me to create an account, I’ve tried different forms for example Apple ID login, google email, outlook email, my own social media apps as well and have contacted app support. Yet still no resolution, I’ve restarted the smart watch, my phone and even deleted and downloaded the app again and still nothing.

  • Will not let me log in

    I can not log in it keeps telling me can find server
  • The watch is great but the app…

    At first it was completely fine the first couple days without the token error but ever since yesterday you can’t even sign in anymore at all and it makes me really upset because I often go on 4-5 mile run and track my progress which I was excited about. Just please fix the token error the watch is fine.

  • Love my Callie but I was told today my watch will me obsolete

    Was having trouble with connecting to app finally got in touch with customer service and got a canned response that the 3 plus hybrid Callie will no longer have an app! How are they still selling this watch if the app is no longer useable???? Disgusted.
  • Token invalid

    The app is useless!! I keep getting logged out and having the app tell me token invalid to log in again !! Even after 3 profiles still does the same !!! If the issue is not fix I will not change my review and star rate and will make sure to let others know so they that the app is horrible !!!

  • Don’t wast your money

    After owning 2 watches (1st one failed) and now investing in a second watch that was working fine the company decides to remove the App off the market because there is a token error and they won’t fix it. Instead they discontinued support and want me to purchase a newer watch, I don’t think so. You may not know this but there are a lot of options when it comes to buying watches so don’t give your customers reasons to go elsewhere.

  • Please update this app!

    For several weeks now, I can’t log in or sync my watch. The watch still works, the app does not. Please do not tell me to contact customer service because I did that over a week ago and was told you were working on it.
  • Not Working

    This app just stopped working!! I have reinstalled it and tried different things but it just won’t work anymore.
  • Garbage and now obsolete.

    Watch is less than two years old. The software never fully worked and now it’s obsolete and will not sync with your watch. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A 3Plus WATCH. It’s a crooked company.
