Their FAQ section says they won’t turn you away for a preexisting condition and that you can use the service for medication refills. Nowhere in the FAQ does it say “acute only.” Yet, when I tried to see a doctor for my preexisting mental health condition to get my meds renewed, they told me that they won’t see me because it’s “not acute.” This was after I spoke with a therapist from this app who told me to reach out to a doctor through the app to get my meds renewed.Show lessRobD319
