Broken since IOS 17
UPDATE: developer has released a new version. After waiting nearly a year for a response to my service requests, I have since migrated to another App. My rating remains valid because of the poor support and communication with users.

An update for compatibility with iOS 18 has been released. Please refer to the documentation for the app if you're having an issue with files not syncing. Most of the time it's due to users simply opening an outdated copy of their file such as a backup. However, syncing issues can occur with iCloud. Most of the time, simply restarting the iOS and macOS devices that have used the file will resolve the syncing issue. However, it is also an option to reset the file on iCloud to force all the devices to re-download the file. If it's related to a hardware/device failure then you can restore from a backup copy of your file. More specific instructions are available in the documentation for the program.
