Decent app

This is a decent app and it does what it states . The only reason I have it a 4 stars is that it is slow to give results ( which the app and the developer have stated multiple times ) especially with the new IOS . I don’t blame them for that , especially since I am using the free version , and Apple has placed a lot of restrictions on battery diagnostics.
Overall I would definitely recommend the app

Seemingly Works

This app needs a lot of polish but “seems” to work. It mixes questionable advice and opinions in between setup instructions while the test is running. Full screen ads are annoying.

Not bad, but

The phone was charged by 15 percent while I was waiting for the result. You recommend conducting 3-4 tests, but I'm afraid the phone will charge sooner :)

Thank you for your review. Since iOS 17 changes, done by Apple all tests are very slow. Apple refused to change anything back, so we have slow tests as a result. I am sorry on Apple’s behalf, I guess. But we could not do anything here. Hope that one day they will fix this. Regards, Andre

Ad delivery app

Within a minute after I open the app, a full screen ad appears, with no way to close it. This forces me to force quit the app. Of course, that means the app isn’t doing any work in the background. So, I open the app again and and presented with yet another full screen ad. These ads are very deceptive, as well. They attempt to appear as part of the app when indeed they are not. In summary, this app has been a total waste of my time. I only hope it did no damage to my phone.

Dave, our app shows ads that are provided by Google only after you start using the test. We do not use any deceptive anything. You are clearly trying to add a false review here. Also, please read what multithreading is in current computers. Even when ad is shown, app works. As well as many other programs that are running exactly at the same time on your phone. Does not work on IOS 17

After 20 mins on a fast charger, the app still showed “Running the test” without any results.

Hello. Did you see the warning that we showed you when you started the app? On iOS 17, Apple made changes that affect duration of all tests. On slow chargers your tests can run very long time now. And there are no other apps that can correctly show you this data on iOS 17 any faster. Didn’t work for me

iPhone 14 it opened and ran the test for 30 minutes and didn’t finish. There is a warning about iOS 17 was slow taking 10-15 minutes. I stopped it. Went to my iPhone 5 and the app, last compatible version opened and immediately crashed. I deleted the app and used Batter and Charger test by eventronic systems and it worked giving phone charger voltage and amperage and phone amperage draw when you unplug it.

Thank you for your review. All test are running at least 5 times slower on iOS17 now. This change was done by Apple and we do not have any options here. We tried to object, talk to them but all was rejected. So for now you just need to wait until it’s done. Physical testing devices are much more precise than any app ones, so if you have it - definitely use it. Regards, Andre
