3) Year- 2023 yet application provides no means to use electronic Wallet /Credit Card to auto renew monthly package…so much for environmental sensitive company…Please walk the talk and save gasoline and time of customer having to come in person to Timor Plaza buy large monthly packages ($100) that $1 Street Vendors never have…Credit Card link in MyTelKomCel App please…it’s not 1980…it’s 2022
4) Bonus Point redemption feature in App never works or has only one vendor or allows redemption of points for 0001-0559…the sleep hours so no HADIA Toko and stupid redemption hours.
