Terible, don’t spend your hard earned money on this rubbish.
I have been on and off with jacuzzi support for a while and haven’t got far. They didn’t and sell me something which can apparently boost signal, but I have already paid 15k for the tub, plus extra for SmartTub compatibility.
I made contact with Jacuzzi support once again. If I get suitable help and it’s resolved, I will update my review to reflect the support given.

Additionally, our new SmartTub module offers multi-carrier capabilities for cellular connections and the option to connect to your home WiFi network. This new module provides better connectivity, ensuring a more reliable connection with the cloud server, even in the most remote locations.
