NEW AND IMPROVED!
The app has had a total revamp and I love how user-friendly it is now! I love being able to go in and move things around on my phone as well as see what the gallery looks like from the client’s perspective! PASS is the best and I love this program!
Super slow photo downloads
Like the new interface and how it operates. Could be super useful as a photographer for going through my galleries and finding photos to use for social media. Even out our fast home internet, sadly when I click the download button it takes an average of 47 seconds to download one photo.
PassGallery Update
I’ve been using the app for several years. I rarely had any issues with it. The new updated app is a lot faster upon opening and with downloads.
Photographer and customers love!
The old reviews on here are from the previous version of the app. Since Pass was purchased as a company a couple years ago, the new owner did a revamp and update of the once clunky app. It is now so user friendly for both photographers and clients! There are no bugs and it doesn’t crash. It’s a great value add for the photography platform.

It Works Now!!
Thank you SO much for updating it!!! After being a Pass member for a long time, the app now does exactly what I needed it to do - quickly view my galleries and seamlessly share to social media and or download the photos to my iPhone!! Thank you! Made my day!
Used Pass for 8 years but this App is 👎🏻
I have to install and remove this app constantly to get it to work. I end up using the web version which is a pain to download numerous images when scheduling out social media. Love Pass+ as a gallery but the app is useless.
Impossible to use for clients of pass classic
Apparently pass classic reached its end of life earlier this year. I assume the photographers were notified, but as a client I received no notification. All of my photos are gone. There no option in app (or on the website) for client support. There is no contact info whatsoever unless you log in as a premium photographer. Photographers, please consider the level of client support before using this service!

i use it all the time
i’m a full time photographer so i use pass just about everyday. the mobile app is nice because i can just download the photos to my phone to post to social media. i see everyone’s reviews saying it’s glitchy but honestly i have never really run into that problem. it’s only glitched a few times but all i have to do is close out of the app and open it back up and it works perfectly fine!

Keep having to download
After a few times of opening galleries it will only show the main photo and not load the galleries. I have to redownload and then they show up. It’s a pain. &&& Sad our Pass classic galleries didn’t merge. Huge inconvenience for clients!
