Not communicating
This app is not communicating with my ohotos or with the website. Actually, it used to communicate with Photos and didn’t communicate with the website. Now it can tell that I have something in my cart but what I previously did on my phone is gone. I’m $0.51 short of free shipping, which I don’t understand since my total is over $35 or quite a bit under if only the book counts. I thought I could add $0.51 in prints before midnight, but no.
I have previously valued the printing this company has done for me, but right now I wish I had another quality option. I am very frustrated I stayed up late for this.Show lessMinimalist App User

Every time I want to add photos from my phone to my MPix account, I click on “all photos” to open my the camera roll on my phone and it takes MINUTES for the photos to load. Then I can rarely select photos and scroll down to pick more without it freezing up completely. I always end up using my phone to sort photos into folders so then I can open only 1 folder on the app. Other photo-ordering apps don’t have this problem so I don’t know why MPix can’t fix this.

First up, I want to say I love the quality, variation, and affordability of MPix. But this review is for the app.
This is a photo app, so why is uploading photos extremely complicated? iOS comes with an image picker built in which would work perfectly for selecting images and uploading them. But because they have opted for a truly awful web app that extends the poorly executed and optimized app, this simple improvement is overlooked. This app is putting people off ordering prints, please fix it and I’m almost sure you will see a much better conversion if this app experience is even slightly improved.Show lessthebarbican
