Beware the special offers.!
I spent an entire morning creating a photo book and my Christmas cards because I had been bombarded with advertisements from Snapfish on my Instagram and Facebook accounts showing all the special offers which included 70% off of many items and free shipping for anything over $29. After creating my projects and finishing my order, I was able to access the discount but not the free shipping which was going to cost almost $23 for the lowest shipping price. When I contacted a Snapfish representative, I was told that the small print said that the free shipping offer could not be combined with any other special offer. That to me seems like deceptive advertising. I had forgotten why I moved away from Snapfish to other photo printing services but this helped me remember why. I don't normally take time to read all of the small print before I assume that a company is making an offer that is correct. I prefer to deal with companies that don't lure you in with deceptive advertisingAnd there are many out there to choose from.

Snapfish photo collages
This is my first time using the app so I expected it might be interesting trying to navigate…and I was right. I had to start over several times after not being able to easily see where to remove a photo. I did two large collages but after the first was in my cart, I couldn’t remember exactly what photos I used and didn’t want to duplicate any on the second collage but couldn’t easily see where I might be able to double check the first one.

Meh App could be better
I really like Snapfish but found the app to be rather useless. If I want to reorder a previous product or I start any product on the website then I have to complete it on the website. They want to entice you with 50 free photos a month but I have to do a separate order since I can’t actually add any of my products that I started prior to the app to the order, despite the app and website both saying you can access any project via app or web page. No point to the app if I have to redo all my work again and I was told there is no timeline on when this would be resolved, despite having this issue for 3 months already.
