I can not express how grateful I am of Econo’s to Go service. Not only do they call when my options are not available and offer alternatives to choose from, the employee shopping in my behalf picks the best fresh products available at the moment. I also enjoy the courteous and professional delivery drivers.

Awful experience
Searching is a torture. The app doesn’t recognize the address and keeps loading without letting me try to fix the issue. Also, is constantly freezing or crashing. Grocery to goy should made things easier not a nightmare.Rvmdm25
Update Fail
This app used to be simple and useful. Now, since the new update, it is a mess. It does not work! Takes forever to load, search and order. It also keeps messing up my address…to a place they don’t deliver 🙄. Bring back the Old Simple App. Let me know when you do. For now I will keep using SuperMax Online App.Show lessAppfreak375
What Happened to this App
This app was great but recently the app will not open. it stays loading on the main page. I have to delete and redownload the app in order to use it. which causes me to loose what was in my cart half of the times... very annoying and should be fixed ASAP!!!isthereanynicknameleft08
Doesn’t open half the time
The app gets stuck on the gps screen and takes forever to start.
It is nearly impossible to shop by brand of products or similar items with this last update.
The category/sub categories don’t match the product and it a guessing game of where things are. It takes forever to shop now.
The wrong location and wrong addresses keep popping up so it manually has to be changed all the time despite using the app almost weeklyShow lessSlow and buggy app
App is a mess
Ever since you changed the app it’s been giving errors, not loading, prices are not according to those on the shopper and I could continue on and on with the headaches it’s giving. Needs a ton of work
Extremely slow, you search in English AND Spanish and most of the time what you’re looking for doesn’t come up. I know there is an aisle full of, for example, drink mixes but none come up. Also, it will say that something is, for example 1oz, then you’ll get the product and it’s POINT ONE OUNCE (.1oz). I am only using it due to a lack of a working vehicle. No longer a helpful tool
This app use to work great and now it doesn’t. I use the delivery service to send groceries to my elderly mom and my nephew who is blind, since I travel so much for work I can’t drive them or buy them myself. Now the app doesn’t allow me to place the grocery order unless I’m near a supermarket since it only works with the gps, even when I type the address it doesn’t recognize it because I’m not in PR or near an econo. Can’t find things
App is very slow and difficult to find items. When you search you get a lot of unrelated items. It took me an hour to get my order together and most of that was finding the things I wanted. You need to search in all kinds of ways to find an item. Also very limited selection. Item pictures are often blurry and too small to read labels.Show lesssabrasaber13
