  • App crashes immediately for gov

    As soon as you tap the option for gov, the app immediately crashes and cant be opened again.
  • App continually makes me login every few days or so

    The app makes me login every few days ago and it becomes quite tedious. There should be a Pin Code method to unlock the app since you’re forcing users to login frequently.
  • absolute joke of a system

    I’ve never in my 18 years of working with Popeyes seen a system that can’t handle erroneous claims. The old system we used would ask for proof of purchase/ ask for pictures/ would actually code the calls correctly. Example a employee calls in to ask about a W-2 and instead of just passing the information over as a no fault of the store it’s coded as a complaint. Customers call in at any given time and the system immediately issues a vague response ( apologized and issued a coupon) the scammers have figured this out and are plaguing the system with false calls.

    My wife works for Wawa and they ask for proof of purchase/ pictures of food errors which she stated have cut their complaints by 85% because the system flushed out the fake claims

    Design a system that works! Our managers and team work extremely hard and your lack of proof and actually reporting the real issues is bringing morale issues down to the staff.
