App crashes
Only manual override works. App crashes when trying to fix sleep time. So I cannot schedule anything else.
Avoid
The app fails far to frequently, especially as the only mechanism to change the window tint.
Frustrating!
frequently locks you out of the app, preventing you from tinting your windows!
Horrible app
Prone to crashing and I can’t even log in anymore. The way this was designed is terrible. I’m glad that I wasn’t the one to pay for these windows.
Never works
This app is so frustrating, it stops working at random times and will untint my windows in the middle of the night!! There’s literally no way to get around it and no way to reset my windows from any other source other than this app that is constantly crashing!!
Can’t Tint Windows!
Zone in error state and support is unavailable by phone and no reply from email.
Only manual overide works! Nothing else.
None of the schedules work, super frustrating. Hopefully your team can fix the many bugs asap!
Awesome hardware, awful software
The actual glass panel itself is pretty awesome. But the app is awful.

Glass Great, Apps Terrible
We love the glass darkening. But how could a technology company create such terrible apps.
The iPad app crashes and won’t even load.
The iPhone app at least does load—slowly—but is always forgetting the password. The app doesn’t let you know what happens when a scene finishes. The scenes aren’t graphically distinguished. Look at Kasa for smart lights to see a better constructed app.
