How many times do I need to buy the same map?
I bought most segments of Rte66 in the other Rte 66 App from Adventure Cycle.

Not sure
I had bought a few sets of paper maps so I don’t want to pay again. Based on the little sample map I am unimpressed. I may be missing something because I was just playing for a bitBxa01
Needs work
A great start.
Both in and out of an ACA route map it needs the option to get to the standard Google maps ability to add the Biking layer to show all bike paths and lanes in the area.
It would also be nice to have the wind feature outside of an ACA map as well as the other points of interest options based on Google.
Within an ACA map the option to show a split pane with turn by turn directions like the paper maps would be nice.
Overall a very good start and as a long time ACA member I applaud the effort.Bike2beer
Not helpful
The reason I got this app, along with buying the digital maps, was with the assumption they would reflect current conditions. I’m going to ride the Pacific Coast, but the app offers no assistance in detours around the mud slide areas south of Big Sur on PCH.
Also, can’t figure out the points of interest.
Just get the paper maps. The app doesn’t help.Dog123456

We will be adding the detour for the Pacific Coast route into the app soon. Checking for route updates in the Settings menu will bring in these route updates once they are added. For the services, go to the magnifying glass icon in the upper right and then use the toggle switches to turn on the display of the service types you would like. Return to the map using the "Back" button in the upper left-hand corner and the services will be shown on the map. You can also search for additional services using the Google Search feature at the bottom of the screen if you are looking for services that are not on the Adventure Cycling Maps. I hope this helps.
