I live in LA and SO lives in VN
It was Valentine’s Day and I had planned to send a bouquet to my SO over in Saigon. First time experience sending flowers through an overseas company but everything worked out great. Had a delay on my order but I reached out and customer service was able to resolve my issue with very quick responses and efficiency. Also added a complimentary gift as an apology for the delay which was a plus. I plan on ordering with Vietnams Florist again!GF/SO/Family Lives in VN and I live in the US
What a great company. This is my second order with them. The first time I made an order online and I was speaking to someone on WhatsApp to confirm address and delivery. They were kind enough to even contact my girlfriend and let her know her delivery arrived (she wasn’t home). So they left it at the front desk. She lives in Da Nang and I live in California. Amazing service. They take American credit cards and PayPal as well as bank transfers. But...if your order needs to be processed fast, use a credit card. Some vendors wait for PayPal to come through. Credit cards are instant.
The employees are very responsive and they will help you out if you live overseas. The company sends to all 63 districts which is amazing and their prices are pretty darn good considering the professionalism and timeliness of the service. There are other vendors (a few who are cheaper, but they don’t offer as many options - it’s so important that you send a vase or include a vase with your flowers or else your expensive gift will not last long and the recipient now has the difficulty of finding/getting a vase). Do yourself a favor and get a basket/vase option when buying flowers.
