Hi fumpfy, we appreciate your feedback and suggest if you haven't already registered for the app prior to logging in, please select 'SIGN UP' under 'LOGIN' on the Westfund app homepage. Once you have signed up for the app and sign in for the first time, please check your username has your dependant code after your membership number (without the leading zero), separated by a dash. It should look something like this: 123456-1. We hope this information helps you.
