Very buggy app
Just took out cover and download the app. Was hoping it would make things easier. Unfortunately it’s a very buggy app and clearly hasn’t been full developed or tested. Nice idea but need lots more work to actually be useful.
Worst app ever and worst customer service
The app just doesn’t work and their web site is not much better.
They automatically renew your policy with no notification so you don’t know until you see money going out of your account and their customer service is non existent

Awful
Worse app I have downloaded. Keep to the website (portal) instead.
Reasons: keeps crashing. Very slow response. Not ideal for a new customer.

Waste of time
Well that’s 10 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. Don’t bother, I doubt anyone’s actually been able to register or log into it
Horrendous Customer Sevice
Boiler stopped working two months after taking cover out, called and was told that my boiler doesn’t have a service. I then had to pay for them to come out and service the boiler (all hidden costs) the boiler before having this service corrected itself so no need to claim, fast forward a year and property has no hot water, called and paid £95 excess and told engineer will be out on the 17th and warned if I am not in I will be charged a further £30. Therefore took day off work unpaid and sat in, no body shows up. Called and got through to someone in India who didn’t know what was going on and tried to tell me that they notified me a week ago (bear in mind the claim hadn’t been logged nor had the issue even accrued) asked to speak to manager who told me they tried calling me an hour ago (bear in mind that there already 7 hours late and I have no missed calls) to let me know that they think the engineer had a bad belly and called in sick yesterday (think! Yesterday called in sick! and yet didn’t want to tell me yesterday or anytime in the last 7 hours I have been waiting) they can reschedule for me for the 30th (13 days from now, 13 days without hot water) DO NOT GET COVER FROM THESE CROOKS

Down bother downloading..
OMG what a pile of CR@P! Had to call customer services yesterday. They advised me to use this app! 24 hours have passed and I still haven’t been able to register. The app freezes! From one screen to an another. I’m then having to reboot the phone... awful!!
Miserable app
Can’t get access to this app despite using correct reference number (ok when used phoning in) This app needs to be accessible to 24/7 customers and backed up by providing the service they say they provide.
Doesn’t work
Can’t get it to work. Also takes 30 mins for them to answer the phone. Frustrating!
Bad customer service
I call 24/7 two 3 times, asking for help logging in to the app - I used the required reference number, surname and pin I was given but couldn’t log in. Customer service woman was rude and told me she doesn’t know what’s wrong and will post the docs to me instead of trying to help. Why bother making an app if they can’t assist their customers with the login?
