Absolute trash
No customer service, nobody ever responds. Locked out of my account. Submitted stamped docs. What a sham of a company. Filing a dispute with my credit card.
Pure genius!
Do a lot of shopping in Europe, and those lines at the tax refund counter we’re always killing, I had to arrive at the airport 2 hours upfront to get my vat back.
