Don’t load $ - app is broken and no customer service!
Loaded the app up each week as I visit Lively Hood weekly for trivia. Stopped working, tried deleting and reloading, updating password, etc. Contacted customer service and told waitstaff - nothing.brat72
Easy way to pay
I have used this app for about 4 years. It is very user friendly. Can pay the bill without waiting for the server…good for the times when the server is very busy. Also receiving rewards is awesome.K & S Happy
Easy app
The app is easy to use but I really wish you could transfer gift cards into it. I have several cards for JRG but unless I pay through the app I don’t accumulate points.Swin_k
You have to load money on the app to pay

Hello JanieJ71, We require one capital letter and one number only, no symbols. Because there is money involved there needs to be some level of security. Please consider adjusting your rating by 1 or 2 as a 1 star really hurts JRG's app status. Thx OC
