Eligibility for Refunds:
Users are eligible for refunds if they have not utilized the scanning tool within the app.
Refunds will also be granted in the event of a technical issue that significantly hinders the proper functioning of the app.
Refunds will not be granted if the scanning tool has been used.

Horrible app. I was able to get a face scan after trying for hours. Finally once it was done there is only 2 or 3 things you can try like a very poor brow lift. The blepharoplasty results are an absolute trash. I paid 60 dollars for nothing. I tried to retake the scan and no matter how many times, light, etc I tried it did not work. But at your own risk. I definitely do NOT recommend.
