Worst thing ever
The app is clunky, sometimes misleading, the UI is not really useful and the UX is absolutely terrible.
It's hard to navigate, and it just doesn't work.
The web app doesn't do much better either.
Personnel Manager is just plain useless.
Can't believe companies have to pay money for such a bad platform. It creates more problems than solutions.
