Project completely gone
I’ve put a lot of work into the project I’ve been doing on your app only to find it completely gone once I updated the app. Are you able to restore my project?
Cant Access My Pattern On Another Device
I love this apps ability to generate a pattern from a picture, but after using the app on my phone to create the pattern I wanted to open the app on my Ipad for a larger, clearer view for doing the actual cross stitching.
A feature that would allow us to “log in” to the app on multiple devices and access our patterns and progress would be amazing.

Not good.
It’s not very good. It used to be ok. But they changed it so you have to pay or subscribe to unlock many of the options. It’s pretty well useless now.
Unusable
With this latest update you have made the app unusable! I can’t navigate my design, I have no idea what the spread of colours is across the design and it’s just become so confusing! You need to sort this out asap because I don’t see how anyone is going to find this update usable at all

Too high a price
Even though this app does things well, $6.99 per month is very steep unless you used it constantly (i.e. every day, all day) and for all your cross-stitch needs.
Faulty app
It seems like there’s a good idea behind this app and the basic options work well but when you go to enquire about the premium service and subscription it doesn’t work. It just says waiting for server. Surely you would want our subscription? How much does it cost to create better quality patterns?
Fun, easy to use
I’m really enjoying this app so far. It’s very easy to use and doesn’t require in app purchases to function. The project trackers are clever, and I really like the suggested thread colors and supplies list generated when you make your pattern.

Don’t Waste Your Time
I’d been looking for an app that could convert images to cross stitch patterns..this app looked promising. Unfortunately, even after subscribing to the “premium service”, the app could not deliver the pattern to my email. When I’m working on a very large project, I like to have the pdf option...unfortunately, this app could not send me those files. I reached out to Customer Service. They were condescending and ignored my input. If you have a simple pattern, perhaps this app will suffice for you. But if you want a pattern with high resolution and a pdf deliverable to your email, you should look elsewhere.

Does not work...
It worked for the first image, then I was gonna try another one but it won’t select a picture. I can back out but to main screen for the app but it’s frozen. I have to restart it after that.
