Pretty awesome

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. UPD: This feature is available in the 2.1 version - just tap on the needed square and it will be highlighted as completed. We would appreciate your feedback regarding new tools and design change. Best regards, Magic Needle Support Team
Helpful
1) A way to mark the progress I’ve made in the app, to find where I left off easier
2) An option to use less than 8 colors. I am cross stitching a word currently, yet the app is still requiring 8 colors. I’d be happy with two or three, but it’s difficult to transfer a name or word into a simple image.
Keep up the good work!

Size and Color Issues
I wasted both time and money (since I used the trial and all 3 of my paid conversions) trying to resolve these two issues. And I still have to try to adjust the colors to my picture!
Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback. We are working on advanced crop tool and better color palette selection. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will take into account these issues in the next application update. We really appreciate your review and will do our best to make your embroidery experience more enjoyable.
Less colors
Question
I added a photo and chose the 70x70 size and the details on the pattern are bad. I checked the same pattern for 500x500 and the pattern was great but if I need this pattern to look great on a smaller size what do I do?
Yes I understand the size issue but my problem is, I want to get a good pattern for a photograph in 100x100 size. I did a pattern using your app for a parrot with 200x200 size and didn’t look much as the photo. If I want to do stitching I want to do as realistic as I can no matter what size. With your app I am forced to do only 500x500 sizes to get the accuracy of the photo which defeats the purpose for many people using your app. So your app is too limited right now...
Response from developer
Thank you for your question. And sorry for misunderstanding in your first comment. In the field "Stitched size" the size is in stitches. If you continue and follow the summary page, you will see at top of the screen size in cm/inches. So, for example, the size of 70x70 stitches equals to 17.7x17.7 cm if you choose Aida 14. At the same time, 500x500 pictures will have 96x96 cm. We recommend you to choose the size of at least 100x100 stitches (or 23.5x23.5 cm) to make your artwork more realistic. Sorry for the inconvenience - in the next update we will try to make all settings clearer.
Not bad
