This game is addicting
This game is very fun and I recommend you play it, but you’re gonna spend a lot of money on it if you wanna pass some levels because a lot of the levels are to make money and most of the time you need to buy a two times money power up that you need to buy with” purple gems” that cost a dollar to get 100 of them and you might be thinking oh that seems pretty cheap for 100 of them. It’s not you can only buy three of the power up with it. And most of the time you’re wasting it on the same level to get key cards to open a chest you get gems if you open the chest too, but it’s not a lot but there’s also. Other ways to get gems like they have events that you can do to get gems or you can go on teams to get gems, but you only get gems if somebody from the team buys a team bundle you can also do daily task to get gems or power up mostly it’s gems though there’s only like a few times I got power ups. I recommend you try playing it though it’s a good game just you have to spend a lot of money and this is your warning.

STUPIDLY DESIGNED
At first I was enjoying this game especially because compared to another cooking game it didn’t force me to click through a stupid storyline. HOWEVER, you start realising that though you’re very fast at serving AND used all your coins to upgrade every aspect of that restaurant/section, you will still lose the round. They put a stupidly small amount of customers with an aim for a lot of money. It came to a point where I had to constantly use the double rewards booster which costs 100 gems for 3 and trust me that is not enough because the rounds keep being frustrating and not actually wanting you to win at all with your ‘skill’ and upgrades . How am I paying for all the upgrades but not even getting near the goal for the round. Also the coins won for most rounds is such less money especially comparing it to upgrade costs. I’m having no choice to but to pay thousands for each different item and tool but the rounds only giving me 2-400 coins.
I genuinely have to stop playing this game because it’s that frustrating and I won’t waste any more of my time on a game that’s stupidly designed. It doesn’t even look like they take reviews on board from their previous bad reviews.

Thanks for your feedback. Some level may need more time and skills, but they are absolutely passable in the given customer numbers. For coin levels, you can try more times and make combos as many as possible to reach the goals. If you need help with a specific level, please feel free to contact us in game. Too much ads
This game is really fun and I’ve been playing for years but, what I’ve noticed is that amount of ads have increased. Usually it used to be around one ad for 10 levels or something. But now, there’s two ads every level! This is ridiculous. Again, this is a really good game and very popular, too. I think you guys are getting enough money to decrease ads, no? Thats why i find this so ridiculous (btw, i just came back to this review probably years/months later). If such a popular game like this feels the need to put an ad for everything i touch, it would just mean greed. And tbh, i still have the game, but i just visit it way less than i used to. Looking at the other reviews, it seems everyone has the same problem. literally why put ads when so much people already spend money on your game? this is actually so greedy. just reading the review again makes me mad. i used to love this game, and i’ve played too much levels to delete it. fix your game.

Sound issues
Good game. Enjoy playing it. Problems occur after an add the sound goes on the game. Cannot hear music or game sounds. Actual phone is fine, just occurs in this game. There is also one add that has no exit out of the add, so I have to literally restart my phone to get out of the add and back into the game. There were also no options to provide these concerns in the app itself, I’ve had to come on here and put it under the review.
If not fixed by the end of the month I will be deleting the game and will not download further games associated with this company.

More ads than game!
I understand the need for ads to keep games free, but 30+ second ads after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL - levels which often only take 30 seconds to a minute themselves - seems way over the top, and I feel like I spend more time watching ads than actually playing the game.

it’s a good game
I do enjoy it, but the ads are annoying after each game, and the levels get harder and harder to pass that you have to buy boosters just to get passed the level, not to sure how long I will keep playing, it is quite frustrating, even when I do what the game says you still lose.
Frustrated
I like this game SO much but it’s a huge money grab! I love the extra games like the current cakes one and the previous hot dog one but they are impossible to move up/forward without boosters that cost $, there should be more freebies, motivations, make it easier and better help with these bonus games. Also I’m currently stuck on level 100, the juice restaurant and can’t move forward unless I spend $, it’s impossible to move forward…Very close to deleting it tbh…super frustrated and disappointed

Game doesn’t provide enough customers
I’m doing my part on the game, but over and over again it will deny players enough customers to complete the level despite being fully upgraded to everything. The only way to continue is to buy gems with money. It’s set up to keep you failing, which you stop playing. I have spent money on the game but you get very little return. No boosters unless you pass all 6 steps in a challenge and if you fail you must go back to step one. I would spend regular money on this game if it included no adds with golden pass, plus the game provided the customers required.

Double coins booster not doubling coins at the end of game
I’ve contacted support team on the app nobody replied I emailed them and a robot name Zenjoy replies straight away but 2 days later no response after explaining my problem. My double coins have stopped doubling my coins on every level I use it. I purchase 100 diamonds to buy that booster what a waste of money are yous going to give me a refund for that??
