Abenity has no involvement in your Good Sam membership or trip/travel info that Good Sam might provide. Hi Nah.12345, Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your Abenity account. If you would please email us at support@abenity.com, we'd be happy to look into this for you. Please note, however, that Abenity does not charge you a membership fee. Registering on the Good Sam website does not automatically register you for the Abenity program. Thus, if you have not yet registered for the Abenity program, you will need to do so before you can log in via the Abenity app.

Hi Mnop007, Thanks for letting us know. If you would email us at support@abenity.com and provide more information as to what information isn't saving, we would be happy to assist you further. Please note that your Good Sam information is not saved in the Abenity app, though, as the two are separate programs.
Membership is live canโt login
You also have too many apps. Youโre all over the place with crappy sms login service, no email links received, etc.
*eye roll * starting to regret my purchase of the membership and road side assistance package now.

Thus, we are wondering if perhaps you were intending to reach out to Good Sam, rather than Abenity? If you are trying to use the one-time link for your Abenity account, you must first be registered for the Abenity program.
