Poor support in Australia.

App is good but the support in Australia the worst. Emailed and phoned and in the end the Device company said they *did not know what to do*. This went on for months and could not use the app. Took it to a friend with some experience on iPads and the App and they fixed the issue in a hour.

Would be great if it worked

Amazing compatibility with different types of equipment. Would be amazing in a learning environment and student development… if it worked and didn’t constantly send the patient into a asystolic rhythm… not sure whether there is specific knowledge that should be know prior to using this app, but is not as user friendly as it is trying to be… good potential though.

They do not tell you this app costs to use. DO noT USE THIS COMPANY. They want you to learn the hard way that this garbage is all about the money. I would give this ZERO Stars if possible.

Best medical simulation system available anywhere. We use it to give life to old broken manikins that were too costly to replace or repair. Even use a manual handling manikin with it. We have also been experimenting with an educator as a live patient which works so well. Saved us thousands of $$$ and give us much more in options. Defibrillator looks so real and works the same.

This app doesn’t work

The app does not even connect to the students iPad. Nor do vital changes update

Great app, but to find out the cost at $7000 this was a shocker. Needed a real defibrillator to wake me up
