It is the best VPN I've ever used. However, I have a phone and an iPad. At first, I though iPad is a device of desktop, but it is not. I cannot turn on VPN connection on this two device. Could you add the ipad as desktop device or add one device that are supported.185白袜体育生1s

Fraudulent service
The main page says 15 day money back guarantee. And also the faq says that you cannot purchase SVIP unless invited and that you cannot upgrade VIP to SVIP by paying the difference. I have asked for a full refund as I had difficulties setting up the vpn, and due to the multiple misleading and fraudulent statements on their website, however they are refusing to give me a full refund even though their main page and FAQ and terms of service have conflicting and contradictory information.Show lessRexmachine86

No Updates about bugs.
I started using this app 9 months ago and have had no problems until yesterday. Whatever bug that has to be fixed happened on a day where i need to contact my family the most. That would be ok, if there were updates on the matter. Without the VPN working, it’s impossible to get any updates about what is happening with it. I used Express VPN before this and that is one thing I liked about that app. Even if connections are down, their was a feature/option within the app to give updates about the fixes being made or at least the comfort of knowing that someone was aware of the issue. There were also ways to troubleshoot. This app needs a help option and update option, one that works even when the app is down. Before now, I’ve had no problems so i still give it a 4 for previous months service. I really hope it doesn’t take much longer. I have a family emergency.Show lessLela320
Cannot connect in China
Never could get it to connect in China. Tried to get a refund after 10 days, but customer service stopped replying. I have emailed customer service over a dozen times, but they refuse to reply since I asked for a refund. I tried using a different email, but when found out I was trying to get a refund, again they went dark. The payment plans showing 1 iOS and 1 desktop, you only are licensed for one device total. The icons showing 2 iOS and 2 desktop you only are licensed for 2 total devices. Have yet to travel and test, but heard it works well.amm108

The product requires devices to be “linked” to the account. Under the 90 day “VIP” plan, it allows one mobile device only and in order to use another, the first device need to be unlinked from their website. (Not just get disconnected)
Veee is great at experimenting with increasing customer pain in order to gain higher profits. And Veee doesn’t seem to care if that also gets them some angry customers.Show lessBusybugsy
