Started my 3-year subscription
After six months of using twice the 3-month plan, I decided on doing the 3-year subscription. It’s economical, easy to use and can protect my online activities.Many Issues. Poor customer service.
There’s no way they are 4.6 rating. Definitely fake reviews.
I’m using the app in E. Africa and it doesn’t always work. Often times other apps will not work properly unless I delete the app.
It even kicks me off the WiFi network.
I’ve tried contacting customer service and after going through their process it still doesn’t work. They don’t offer partial refunds for yearly subscription. They’re also not on Apple TV. Which means u would have to stream from phone. I suggest NORD since they are and have better reviews.Show lessDeveloper Response

Be aware this VPN does not work well in China!
I asked them before I ordered it if I needed it for my work, and they confirmed that I would do a job in China
It wokrked one hour daily even paid version.
I have 4 VPNs installed, and only Astril works in China.
After a month's subscription, they automatically second month charge your card again without your approval, which does not make sense. Why did I choose the most expensive one-month subscription? The support team refunded the money, but it was hard to deal with.Show lessDeveloper Response
