I have emailed customer services to sort out connection issue as I keep getting disconnected. Biggest mistake for renewing my subscription as I never had any issues in the past. I had been a customer for at least 5 years. I had requested for my money back but they keep repeating the same response of “following up on a last conversation…” - my response is still the same. VPN keeps getting disconnected. Since I had only renewed my membership less than a month, I feel it is only right that you refund me back the money I paid.
