Piss poor customer service. I used to never have problems with this bank. Sadly when they did a change in their accounts earlier this year, their customer service dropped significantly. Don’t even bother trying to talk with their bank president. Because of incorrect reporting with another bank, that damaged my credit which they won’t fix, I tried to explain and show that through First National Bank’s own statements that I had been paying them. Needless to say their “president” cussed me and ordered me to leave their bank. So I closed my accounts and won’t look back at their piss poor customer service. They’ll also block anyone when you let others know about their scamming practices.
