App is completely useless
Fails at password step only as mentioned in the other comments . I hope I can return and get a refund . Complete waste of time as it took 3 weeks to arrive from lights.co.uk

Unable to create an account
Brand new light and completely unable to create a new account - very poor as it won’t let a password be created !!!👎👎🤬🤬🤬

When I try to make a password it says it is illegal

App doesn’t work. I tried to make new account and I enter my email. Immediately I get and email with a 6 figure code. I enter the code and move on to the password creation step. I include all of the required components and click to make the account. The I got a response that said the codes don’t match. I go back and check it - it’s right. There is something wrong in the password creation step. Why is it comparing the new password the the verification number. This error makes the entire app useless.

Set up ok - Suggestion - Vary On/Off Time
Setting up took two goes, but the second time it set up all smoothly.
One suggestion: add the feature where the time switched On and Off will vary randomly by up to 30 minutes either way.
Currently the light will switch off at exactly the same time, which a thief will notice. But if we could choose a setting where the time switched On and Off will vary by a random number of minutes (up to say 30 minutes), thus will give the illusion that someone is actually home.

Unusable
Can’t create account due to password requirements. After 15mins of trying passwords with the requirements none works...
Cannot create new account
Fill in the require form,come up to password choose more than 10character include special character but the system cannot accept the password
Can’t even get Into the app
Asks for password and I input a 10-20 digit password with number and letters with caps and no caps and still tells me it’s not right. Fix your app. Taking the products back…
