Awful Amateurish App
This app is terrible. It’s partially the app but it’s also the way the thermostats get registered. There’s no excuse for such an amateurish approach to any smart home component. There’s also no excuse for the lack of integration into the available smart home fabrics like HomeKit.XLNTech1
Please fix the app .

App won’t work
Trying to connect to app is hopeless. QR code and ID doesn’t work, keeps saying ‘incorrect customer ID’ but the ID is what the system has generated. Useless!Ingmeister
Won’t connect to servers
The app won’t connect or takes a very long time to connect. It had been reliable until recently. I have to change the temperature at the controllers.Smk268
