  • Key features missing

    The app works well, but 1) You can’t view/group/sort zones by area 2) you can’t hide disabled zones.
    I appeal to the dev team to fix this

  • App has a new bug which logs you out

    App keeps logging you out intermittently.
    Reporting to the team 3 times hasn’t resulted in a fix despite them saying the would resolve it 3 months ago. I haven’t had a reply for the two subsequent emails.

    Major flaw if you need to hit the panic alert. Unfortunately, very bad customer service for a critical service.

  • App keeps logging out

    The app works well when you are logged in. But it randomly logs you out which is not great on an app that is security related.

    I’m on the latest iOS 16.6 and still get logged out randomly
