Faulty App
I’ve had and been using the app now for some time, my reward points haven’t moved at all. The customer service has been disabled, therefore this app is faulty and does not work!

The last few times I went to an Aspire Lounge they said the points were not being transferred to the app. I tried to log a support request through the app and it was not possible to submit one. I can o my assume this app, along with the Aspire Rewards program is no longer supported

It keeps saying invalid user. But I can go to website and login. I guess it’s just for looks. Don’t waste your time to download

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, being an ( oldie) person and not tech savvy, they helped me load the App and then applied it to the current visit. Could not have had better service !!😁😁
Easy to record points !
The app is great to record points from a lounge visit. Lots of rewards to choose from and I get offers from the lounge from time to time. Staff scan the app on check in , the process is quick and easy and I can leave feedback for one of the team to get in touch. Would recommend !
What a waste of time
You now need to present your phone 3 times, once for your boarding pass, then again for your lounge pass and then again for your points...
You also now need DOUBLE the visits to get a free pass into the lounge - shoddy!

Download the app before you enter the lounge
On checking in we were told that the old card system had been replaced with an app. After we checked in we downloaded the app but they wouldn’t give us points for that lounge stay because you can only do it when you check in. Great customer service as usual
