Site crashes & I have to log on “Often”
Some times our bookings are not registered with the Hub, not enough public swimming during the day, if is nearly always around 3 pm or very early morning!

Notification won’t go away
Since the last update there is constantly 1 notification showing which appears to have no way of being removed having looked all through the appB5NOJ

App doesn’t work, not only when I opened the app after waiting 25 minutes for it to download it froze and turned off my phone. When I finally got the app open it was stuck on a club page we’re LiveWire was already typed in and the jubilee location had already been selected. I pressed the close button in the top left corner but nothing happened. After several attempts I double tapped my phone and deleted its running tab, then I re-opened it but it was still on the same tab. I deleted and re downloaded the app to see if that did anything but it stayed the same so I fully turned off my phone and restarted it but alas, there was no change… I would love to say there are faults in the app however, that would be untrue because I couldn’t even access the app. All I want is to go to the gym and have a glow up before I go back to college… hot girl summer and all but instead I am say not able to even book to go to the gym. Why do I spend all my money on something that I simply can not use, I have spoken to the gym workers and every time I call up or go in they say I have to use the app… but how can I use such an inefficient app! This is ridiculous :( it needs sorting immediately!! I am appalled at the app and by the looks of the reviews I am not the only one who can’t work the app… please fix this ASAPShow lesseleanor123456789
Invest in a better app designer
All this app does is redirect you to the web page and makes you view it in the app. You might as well not have an app at all as it serves no purpose right now. Please make it into a proper app that has all of the functions within the app, and utilises push notifications much better.ajit0177
Appalling App
This application requires a complete overhaul. Not only is it poorly designed, but the UI is clunky, slow and over complicated. To add insult to injury, the latest update, which is supposed to add improvements, had rendered it complete unusable. Since updating, I can’t access any gym classes, bookings or even perform a general search.
Please pay somebody that understands the needs of the user and provide a better experience.Show lessVoltaboy
Fine
The app is fine, it does everything it needs to do. It’s not the simplest thing to navigate and it would be nice to have the classes you’ve got booked displayed together on one screen. But all the info is there.Rob246!
Not up to date!
This app is shockingly dated. It needs modernising and needs to support the latest phones.
Really isn’t good on the eye nor easy to use.B--- T
