  • Needs fixing

    It will ask me to do my face verification but every time after that I have to close the app out fully and try my passcode and Face ID verification again.

  • Blank Screen

    After installing the app it prompts for permissions to send notifications.. after that prompt the screen is completely blank.. no labels or buttons.. literal blank app screen. I am running IOS 15 but have never seen a app that doesn’t render even the labels and buttons.

    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.. rebooting.. updating IOS to the latest version. If I try it on a old phone with ios 14 it works as expected.

    Sorry you are having issues with the app. You can get support by going to axiad.com/support or support@axiad.com. Can you check the following and provide to support: Is FaceID enabled? Do you have a 6 to 8 digit pin? When did you first encounter the issue? What version of iPhone do you have? What version of iOS 15 are you running?
  • Won't accept my iPhone code

    It asks me for my iPhone unlock code ... And then asks again and again and again. Does nothing else. I talked to my company's tech support and they agreed, there are lots of people with iPhones that can't use the app.
  • Not the only one with BLANK SCREEN

    Installed the app… only presents blank screen. Why no FAQ?

  • App doesn’t work

    I downloaded this app to authenticate to access a work site remotely but the app opens up to a blank screen. To resolve the issue I tried a soft reset, hard power cycle, and I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no success. I’m currently using an iPhone 12 Pro Max on software version 14.7.1.

  • “Challenge Response Failed”

    I never get prompted to approve my MFA sign on and it’s ridiculously annoying. I’d really like for it not to take 15-20minutes on average just to sign in and complete my daily timesheets. I constantly swipe up to refresh and nothing ever happens. Would really like my company to switch off as this Axiad ID Cloud seems to never work the first time like Microsoft Authenticator.

    I am sorry you are having issues with your MFA. Many things could go into a missed or late prompt, like bad internet connection, a device, like a watch, dismissing the notification, among other issues. Please contact our support at axiad.com/support or support@axiad.com and they can help find a solution to your issue and improve your customer experience. You can also try updating to our newest version 2.0.2 to see if that resolves your issue.

    Attempted several times to scan a QR code only to fail several times. Useless
