This game mode been out for quite a bit but it’s getting boring you need to add more stuff like a new mad a map thats all night no daylight no light so people can use the thermal site and the night vision site and the night vision helmet , we need a new map not new loot we need new monsters this can be a map thats new an existing for players moste of the people i play with only play the mode metro royel and thay are thinking of quitting cause their is nothing new an they get bord easy what u can do is for one make the mapsonu dont lose your things and if u have extra tickets you can use one to play like it was advanced mode make use of the tickets dont let anything go waste make the map be full radiation put destoy power plants an. Places to explore make it hard we love a good challenge put monsters that can see you in tue dark win thermal eyesight and you have to buy pills or get a new hazmat suit thatvwill make your body temperature go down so you are not spotted add new thing we would really love that and highly recommend to keep players loving your game. It would be grate if you could add some type of trophy system to block off incoming grenades it can be a 3 use thing or add a bomb suit thats like that lev 6 armor but best for bombs speed reduce due to the armor Heavy weight these are my idea and many more peoples ideas that i have talk to about this.

The best time!
Honestly I started playing about 3 years ago and it was pretty dang fun then but now! Well it just keeps surprising me with each update and my gosh is it a beautiful game with amazing graphics! I’m able to run top graphics on my iPhone 12 and it’s basically the same thing as watching a video on 4k. Obviously it has some problems if you don’t have fast internet but other than that it’s perfect and obviously it’s not the games fault it can’t run on dialup 😎.
Anyways the only thing I can add is I wish it was possible to find and use higher power scopes just for the crazy snipers in the game, I’d like to be able to see another player over a thousand meters but I’m not a developer so I guess I’m not sure if that’s possible yet.
It would also be pretty much the bestest if we could have multiple scope attachments on one gun, you know more than just offset iron sights. Maybe you could make a 4x’s that has a red dot on top…. That would bring a new meaning to Fast paced long range to medium to low range engagements without doing anything but pressing the button, could even put it in place of the third person button when zoomed in or something. Thank you for the consideration and making a wonderful game that keeps growing into more and more of a masterpiece ❤️

Not worth sometime
Have been playing pubg since 2018 try it fell in love with that game the design and playing with different player was my thing . When I have some free time I like to believe it or not play pubg and relax the grill to win at the end of just one player left and waiting for victory is the best when u win . But I did spend some money in it not a lot but I will wait to get coupons crate for a while until I stalk them a few then get the drop and get silly stuff like double the item a pair of shoe that I already for 3 time a t shirt my time not worth sometime and just want to quit I want to have nice clothes set but always get silly stuff . Not everyone get just spend money I did before but can’t since Covid lost my job .hackers that can shoot true wall are annoying and ruin the whole experience. I wish they where paying more attention to the time we spend on this game and give u good reward I have so many coupons earn for discount can’t use them cause I don’t have any money why can’t u exchange them it’s just a waste . I’m thinking of quitting soon the crate are ridiculous.

I will give this game 5 out of 5 I have made friends on this from all over but it’s lacking one thing we need a Oceania server for New Zealand Australia and the pacific island it’s very hard we getting over 180ms on North America or Asia sever PUBG please take your time and look into this. We don’t have good devices but please give us our own server the amount of money we spend of UC and RP I am sure you guys can make our own Oceania sever it wouldn’t be a problem for you guys. Hope to hear good new from PUBG soon.

Getting to Level 17 is a nightmare
It’s such a good game, but I hate the fact that you have to get to level 17 to play arcade. The only thing I like about this game is the arcade bit. The quick match and the war. But you have to get to level 17 to unlock arcade. Why!?? I was forced to play about 14,15 classic games in order to get to level 17. each classic game lasts about 30-35 mins. And they are super super boring. And literally everyone apart from your team mates is bots. Why don’t you just let the players play arcade right from the start? I really like pubg and I recommended it to 4 of my friends and each one of them is not willing to go through the hassle of getting to level 17 so they decided not to play the game at all. And I honestly don’t blame them. Classic is so boring and takes so long. Why are you forcing us to play it. 🤦♂️unlock arcade right from the start! I legit wasted like 13 hours of my life just to unlock arcade. And let’s not even get started on hackers. I shoot players 10,000 times and they don’t die but if they shoot me even once with a pistol, I die instantly . And they can also shoot through walls. 🤦♂️ you have such a good game that has made it to millions of peoples phones, don’t ruin if for yourself. Please fix these issues

I love the game…
BUT, honestly? There are just a few things I’d suggest to make the experience better. Naturally there isn’t much you can do for the online cheaters tho the mods are doing a lovely job at it, I’ve yet to run into a hacker, but personal experience such as events and such shouldn’t be on a battle pass subscription basis, im tired of seeing all the opportunities for cool stuff but have it be intangible because it requires UC a subscription currency in the game. Also make BP more relevant, give it actual meaning because I have had over 1.5 mill and literally had nothing worth spending it on, key word worth, I made my own clan because it was about the best thing I could spend it on. Idk could we get more reasons to use other maps because I’m tired of sitting waiting for one of my favorite maps to actually have someone playing on it, not knocking Livink or The others but like mostly everyone is just playing one or two maps tops. I’d love to see alternative game modes again like arcade, I don’t know if it’s still in but if so, I don’t know where it’s at. Also CAN WE MAKE THE BIKE LESS ANNOYING?! Please for god sakes just a bit less annoying, bikes aren’t that annoying in any other game or even irl, please I’m begging you, fix it. Otherwise it’s a great game with good mechanics. Just wish you couldn’t spawn the APC upside down (would love to see that stick around and actually spawn in special areas.

Rubbish Customer service
Account was hacked by a phisher and the overall customer service experience through the in-game help/customer support and email option were beyond rubbish. In the event your account gets hacked or stolen no help will bring your account from these lousy service representatives. My account was hacked along with my friend’s accounts by a phishing trick for a tournament stealing my social media login from the fake tournament registration site. Provided details which proved my ownership to the account but missing the hacker’s social platform that the stupid service person asked for and instead my case was closed because I can’t provide whatever the heck they were asking for. Tried to clarify and instead they just closed my issue. Sigh delete this game when you can

I’m playing this game since the end of 2019. This game was the best game ever in the history of games in the world but now it is becoming the worst game in the world. Krafton you destroyed PUBG become of money you only want money the game is not fun like before. The old livik is better than the new one. The new livik is trash nothing is exciting, you made everything more boring. These new updates are all trash the old PUBG was the best please bring that back we want fun, exciting things like before. The RPs are all trash we all want the old RPs that were 100 no one likes RP outfits and other skins. The update of C2S5 is also trash please don’t bring updates that we can’t take kills from finishing other. Please don’t bring the old outfits and old gun skins. today everyone can get those skins with money, those things are more valuable than money. Please remove the outfits of seasons 1,2,3,4 the become worth less after you brought them now days everyone have those outfits please remove them. Please remove the recall towers because when we want to kill a squad there are only 3 people the 4th one is on recall tower and they come back no one likes it we are really and very bored of these updates and these outfits and skins. PUBG was fun in season 19 and before that but now you destroyed it.

UPDATING NOT GOOD.
I’m always seeking for help but still no response. Every time when it’s time to update my game it loads then says restart to start a game but after I restart it says the same thing update over and over again that in the end I had to uninstall game then install it again. It’s very annoying. If you can see that right now can you please fix that problem thank you. I think this is the 10th time I’ve uninstalled game and download it again. Is my favorite online game of all games to be honest but having to deal with this problem over and over again saddens me to leave but not wanting to leave.

Everything in general
I have been playing since almost the start, I played since season 1, although not immediately after its release. I have seen the game change, improve, and I have journeyed through countless different modes and adventures. But the flaws were obvious from the start, Teamkillers, hackers, though present in almost every game, this game had not made the effott required to prevent and get rid of such people. The punishment for breaking these rules are low, especially for teamkilling, these people deserve to be banned immediately. Teamkillers just walk up to you with no reason and kill you, maybe just for fun but that ruins the fun for others. And also, the game also punishes peoplr who prevents teamkillers.
For example, a guy was throwing grenades and molotovs at me and my mate, he damaged us significantly, so we returned by doing the same thing, and we killed him, knowing he is just causing harm to the team, but instead we were banned from the game, frozen in place. This is the big flaw of pubg that it just never seem to improve that has led me to quit this game permanently.
