Terrific pricing, not everything is in unmanageable quantities for smaller jewellery makers. Delivery is surprisingly quick - never more than 2 weeks from China. Have never encountered a problem with quality. Overall, highly recommended.

First Iβll start with a couple of really awesome things about PandaHall:
Never had any problems with my orders.
If there was an issue they solve it FAST.
Customer service is great. It might take a day for them to get back to me. But letβs keep it real theyβre located in China theyβre in a different time zone than I am in. Which is North America.
So Iβve been using PandaHall since I started my business. I do really love PandaHall. But I will only buy through them when I absolutely need to. Even though they do have free shipping promotions where if you buy $99 is goods you get free shipping. I have found that through other apps I can get the SAME EXACT PRODUCT and quality for either less or the same price with FREE SHIPPING. On orders over $10. PANDA HALL IS AMAZING. Butβ¦ I still feel like they can get more competitive with there free shipping option if it were more often or all of the time. I will never stop buying from PandaHall but my orders are not nearly as often because I have free shipping options for the same product. Same great quality product elsewhere.
I highly recommend this app. But I also am hoping that this review will get the attention of whoever runs PandaHall and that they may consider changing their shipping policy.

I love this app so much!! there is so many beads you can choose from! I ordered for my 11 year old because she has a big business at school and she loves the beads there not bad and there super good for a little girl just having fun and selling them!!

They have complete explanations of definition of terms used so that there is no question as to what you are purchasing.
If you see a stone that has a name that youβve never heard of, the app has a section where you can look it up and learn of its origin, etc.
I have have ordered a multitude of items from Panda Hall and have found their beads to be true to their definition and photo display. Every now and then I may get a higher variation, however for the majority of the orders they are spot on.
