Great app!
I love using the app and generally prefer apps to websites if I use them enough. This app works well, and I love the accessibility to my orders as well as the ease of doing filtered searches just like on the website to find specific items.

Iβve been ordering from pandahall for almost 6 years now. They have great customer service and always respond through email directly if I ever need to contact them with a question. Always lots of new products and great sales and deals.
Easy to order, long time to get here
I use the least expensive option for shipping, so it takes longer. I have to plan ahead for the supplies I need. You cannot beat their prices even with the shipping. Their selection is crazy good, too.

I love the fact that if they are temporarily out of stock of an item they give me options that enable me to keep doing my business while waiting for those items at no charge to me.
Their prices are so reasonable it allows me to order items that I am not sure of some of which do not meet my expectations and some that have become regular items for my business.

Not thrilled with the app
I find it easier to shop thrift my browser rather than the app- the app sticks in places, making it difficult to view your final order page, for one example

Amazing selection, great prices
This place is amazing! The app is so easy to navigate. There is a massive selection of beads and craft supplies including gift wrapping boxes and other items. When I had placed a large order for my first order it arrived sealed impeccably. So tightly sealed and immaculately packed inside. With such a big order I thought there had to be something missing but not a single mistake. Iβve had times where I use the app almost daily but then donβt use it for weeks or even months and whatever I left in my cart is still there waiting for me. Iβve used debit, credit card and PayPal through the app and all work great. The prices are whatβs the best thing of all, you canβt find those prices anywhere else! And the customer service is super awesome too. Highly recommend if youβre into jewelry making or selling items online and you need packaging materials.
