Kept Asking Password
I tap on the icon and it usually will log me in as ai have set it up to remember the password. Yet it kept asking the password and continuously “BLINK” that I thought it had a VIRUS. I tried turning it off but it wont let me and still blinking/popping the “password” window and also won’t stop. The solution I did is to turn off the wifi/cellular connection and turn on the airplane mode. I then turn it off then waited 5 mins then turn it back on. I then deleted the app. I will install this app again if it is safe to do so and the IT Team will do a fix on this issue.Show lessEznipper21
Disappearing Purchases
Purchased the lifetime account when it went on sale last year. At that time that included everything. Then all the sudden they restructured their pricing and all the people who purchased that deal lost their access. Instead of doing something to proactively fix this, they did nothing. No emails explaining this issue, just acted like nothing happened. They don’t address this concern anywhere online. Very shady.
Lucky for me, I keep all my receipts. I reached out to customer support and provided them with my purchase transaction number and they added the lifetime license back on my account. If I want the extra features I used to have originally though, I have to pay another $20 to upgrade since that is no longer part of their new basic lifetime package they created. So I’m still not being provided what I originally paid for but at least I have basic lifetime access now instead of nothing.
The whole situation is very shady and I have a feeling one day this will end up in a lawsuit for them over how poorly they handled this by just ignoring the fact that so many just lost their lifetime purchase and they did nothing to address it.
I’m the meantime though, I got my access back and I’m able to use the service. So that’s better than nothing.Show lessCptn. Fuzzy Pants

It locked down the phone
I was trying to start the VPN and suddenly an authentication page popped up to enter the password. Looks like it’s from the operating system And while I try to navigate within the phone to close the app or do anything it didn’t let me do until I uninstall the app.iPhone user sri
Poor quality experience
I’ve used multiple VPN services and this app has been by far the weakest- notably bugs. It’s never long after installing that it forgets details, gets stuck in endless dialogue box loops, or fails to relinquish the connection properly when turning off and kills all connectivity while it tries to reconnect. Fake Lifetime Plan
Please do not buy. I bought the Lifetime Pack but it stopped working after a year. Their lifetime is one year. Now it keep says upgrade to you. Spoke with customer support and they denied to do anything and again they want me to pay for lifetime plan. Dishonest company. Keep away.Raj_gm
They scam you on lifetime membership
I bought this 3 years ago in a deal for lifetime subscription. I barely used it once in a while while I wanted to stream a content from other country. Recently, they changed their policy and started a new Pro version where they are asking to pay money again to stream to the countries which had high traffic. Do not fall for their lifetime free scheme as they will find ways to make you pay more. In few months they will start with Pro plus and again charge you more.Show lessIronman 7070

It’s alright.
To sum it up, it is budget vpn, you get what you pay for, it has an audit for no logs, it works, there are no DNS leaks, but the vpn API and ports of the servers can be blocked. Downside: new thing where you have to pay to upgrade to a "pro" version to access more server options. I’m guessing this is because they need more money. But this "pro" upgrade version is not listed on their website, to my knowledge. Overall, an okay budget VPN.
