Only reason I got it at 4 is because if you don’t know anything more than buying bitcoin on cash app then it may be slightly confusing but it’s user friendly and easy to pick up on plus they have bots thats are not terrible but they still are bots that have no real final decision if you do run into a problem….i sent my mom bitcoin to a monero wallet and it says that they won’t pay any money back but some how the got my money turning back to the right coin and in the right wallet. I also have called and have never gotten a person so….

Good when working

Fed up of my balance disappearing and having to wait days for an update just for it to happen again a couple of weeks later. Avoid if you need to use to make daily transactions.

Hi there, Unfortunately we've run into a bug in v4.20.0 and .1 that shows an incorrect balance of zero but does not lose funds. We're hard at work fixing it, with a planned release this week to resolve those issues. Jack from support saved my life. I made a mistake doing a transfer and Cake Wallet customer service immediatly help via the chat. Jack got the issue resolved in a prefessionnal way and a timely manner. I would give a 10/5 star for Jack customer service.

Amazing app with amazing staff!

The customer service team on this app is better than chick fil a customer service. No matter how simple/complex the question they always take the time to walk you through it thoroughly. This will be the only crypto I ever use.

Terrible lately

After the last few updates it won’t let me convert bitcoin to monero and keeps giving me a bunch of different errors, some of the errors have read no providers can do the trade and also that I don’t have enough bitcoin to do the trade which I definitely do and even an error saying I can’t do the trade with a 0 dollar fee. Very very very annoyed. Have a lot of money sitting there now that I can’t do anything with.

Great wallet so far. No complaints. Have only used monero wallet. Nothing else.

Clunky and buggy

Great as a wallet, but good luck trying to buy from fiat through the app it is so buggy, every option has a different problem. Just use this as a wallet and don’t bother touching anything else in it.
